The Romans perfected the arch and the dome, but what about food? Dormice, roast pork, and hard bread. We had to wait until Columbus sailed the ocean blue and brought back the tomato, which the people of Italy turned into sauce. Then we got the culinary revolution we needed. Flatten some dough, slather it with sauce, and add a layer of rich cheese, and voilà, you have a slice of heaven here on earth.

This Friday, FUTO will offer a spread reflecting the various slices of Italy. Meat, vegetables, and simple cheese—all for you to taste and sample, all while keeping the fight against the tech oligopoly in your heart!"
